Ordering Information

There will be a twenty-five dollar ($25) deposit due to reserve the date for your occasion.  This deposit is not refundable for any reason, but will be applied towards the final cost of the cake.  The Final balance is due when the cake is delivery/pick up.

 

We can deliver.  First 10 miles are free.  There will be an extra charge for each mile after the first 10. 

 

I accept cash only.  You will get a receipt.

 

Some cakes require a separate deposit on cake boards or pieces.  Please return items by the following Tuesday after the event.  I will not pick up these items. 

 

Cancellation Policy:  If for some reason you must cancel, please let us know as soon as possible.  If the occasion needs to be rescheduled for any reason, please contact us as soon as possible and we will work with you on the alternate dates if available.  If you cancel 15 days or more of the event, your twenty-five ($25.00) date deposit will be refunded.   If you cancel 14 days or less of the occasion your date deposit will not be refunded. 

                                 

Due to copyright laws I can’t duplicate any copyrighted images.   If you would like a cake using a theme character (Nickelodeon,  super heroes, any Disney character, Warner brothers, any professional team logos, ect) I will purchase a toy or item of the character.  I can not draw, pipe or frost any copy righted image.  ( Some characters I can purchase the edible image online for an additional cost.)  Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you.  Please email me if you have any questions. 

                                                                                      

Special Occasion cakes order information

Cake tasting- Please feel free to email me for a cake tasting/consult.  It will take about a hour.  Please limit only 3 people at the tasting. 

When you come please bring swatches of your colors.  If you have seen pictures of cakes bring them with you. It will help when designing your cake.  But this will be a custom creation we can combine several pictures

 

Deposits: There will be a fifty dollar ($50) deposit due to reserve the date for your wedding.  This deposit is not refundable for any reason, but will be applied towards the final cost of the cake.  At two (2) months before the wedding, fifty percent (50%) of the wedding cakes total cost will be due.  The remaining balance will be due one (1) week prior to the wedding.

Equipment: There will be a deposit for all equipment used in the assembly of your wedding cake.  We will require a separate check of one hundred dollars ($100) be made out to TESIA RIVERA when the final payment is made.  We will hold on to this check until the equipment is returned to us.  All equipment from the cakes have to be returned by the Tuesday following the wedding. 

 

Cancellation Policy:  If for some reason you must cancel, please let us know as soon as possible.  If you contact us at least thirty days (30) prior to the wedding, then you will get a full refund of the fifty percent (50%) deposit  If you contact us fifteen days (15) prior to the wedding, then we will refund fifty percent (50%) of what has already been paid towards the cake.  If you cancel within fourteen days (14) of the wedding, then there will be no refund offered.  If the wedding needs to be rescheduled for any reason, please contact us as soon as possible and we will work with you on the alternate dates if available.

Due to a Flood in our studio Kitchen, we are unable to accept any new order until June 2011.
